Though Tax Day is hardly fun for anyone, many companies and businesses offer freebies or steep discounts on products to help ease the pain of Tax Day. From discounted smoothies to office supplies, free donuts to small business tax software, there’s now a reward for your return.

If restaurants in your city are operating on a to-go basis only due to COVID-19, call and see if these coupons will apply.

  • Applebee’s: Stop in for $1 margaritas and drink-of-the-month specials through the end of April.
  • BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse: BJ’s celebrates the end of tax season with half off deep dish or tavern-cut pizzas, available delivered, pick-up or in-store. Check with your local store to see this year’s deal.
  • Boston Market: Boston Market’s “Tax Day Meal Special” is available to dine-in customers — a $10.40 coupon gets you a Half Chicken Individual meal.
  • Bruegger’s Bagels: Each year you can grab 13 bagels and two tubs of cream cheese for $10.40 with coupon. Check back closer to Tax Day 2020 for the coupon!
  • CiCi’s Pizza: CiCi’s took “treating yourself” to a new level in 2019 by offering admission to their adult all-you-can-eat buffet for only $4.15, with purchase of a large drink. Check back closer to tax day for the deal!
  • Great American Cookies: The cookie giant’s Tax Day tradition is passing out free Original Chocolate Chip Cookies to all in-store customers.
  • IHOP: All kids under the age of 12 eat free between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m throughout the month of April.
  • Kona Ice: Any taxpayer can pick up a free shaved ice on Tax Day, which the brand has dubbed “Kona Ice’s National Chill Out Day.”
  • Schlotzsky’s: Since 2014, the Austin-inspired chain has offered a free small Original sandwich with purchase of chips and a medium drink, no coupon needed.
  • Sonic Drive-In: Sonic offered half-price cheeseburgers on Tax Day 2019 — check with your local Sonic on Tax Day for any 2020 deals.
