​​E-gift cards to a multitude of stores can be redeemed through Capital One Shopping using any Shopping Rewards that you’ve earned!

To redeem your rewards visit Shopping Rewards Redemption, where a scrollable row of e-gift cards are available.

• From there, selecting an e-gift card will open a checkout screen where an amount can be chosen. Any applicable disclaimers and/or gift card terms will be displayed below the gift card logo.
• Enter the desired e-gift card amount and the total will update to the right on the checkout screen. Any applied Capital One Shopping Rewards will automatically be reflected in the final total.

Ready to activate your e-gift card? Follow the steps detailed in the order confirmation email, which should arrive at the address listed in your Capital One Shopping account within 24-72 business hours of completing an e-gift card purchase. 

Note: Infrequently, e-gift card purchases may fail for reasons unrelated to your account. If an error occurs during checkout, please wait a few minutes, refresh your page and re-attempt the purchase.

Gift cards issued by Capital One Shopping are digital gift cards, and can take up to three business days to issue to your account.

To access your gift card purchases:

1. Go to the Gift Card Purchases page. Or ‘More’ > ‘Gift Card Purchases’ in the Capital One Shopping mobile app.
2. Verify your account if prompted.
3. Click the ‘Unlock’ button and enter the security code for the gift card. The security code will be listed on the Gift Card Purchases page.
4. This should reveal the gift card credentials and instructions from the merchant.

Gift cards purchased with redeemed Shopping Rewards are nonrefundable; once they're processed, they can’t be exchanged.
